In my Turbulence Training review, this is one of the most versatile and useful product that I’ve ever come across. To start off, Turbulence Training consists of high intensity, quick workouts that combines interval and resistance training together to help combat body fat and build muscle at the same time. This product uses the latest scientifically proven methods and it is endorsed by elite trainers.
This 86 page ebook is filled with detailed illustrations and explanations of each and every multi movement exercise. In my Turbulence Training review, I found that this program starts off with some basic concepts of Turbulence Training.
Next it gets into good and bad food choices, the science of setting goals and finally for the rest of the ebook (50+ pages), the essential guidelines and workout schedules that goes from beginner level to the most advanced. Although it sounds like a lot of information, it is very easy to follow.
As I advance in this Turbulence Training review, I noted that this program is a proponent of eating right and living a healthy lifestyle. He mentions that there is no way to out train bad eating habits so the first thing that is recommended is to clean up your eating habits. Without this step, you will be wasting your efforts with ANY kind of training program.
The format of Turbulence Training is as follows:
- 5 minute warm up
- 20 minutes strength training
- 15-20 minutes of interval training
And within that format, Craig puts a huge emphasis on changing up the workouts so that your body does not adapt in response to the training. The principle behind this idea in his system is so that you body is constantly being trained and it is not given the opportunity to ‘figure it out’.
The body is very efficient in that if you give it more variety, your body will just take in more and in turn your body will maintain continual fat loss and muscle gain.
On top of the format in Turbulence training, it is also divided into three parts.
- Non-Competing Superset: These are exercises that are done with opposite muscle groups back to back with no rest. An example would be reverse lunge and chest press with no rest between the two exercises but for 1 minute and do a second and third set.
- Interval Training: This workout is high speed and with maximum intensity then followed by a rest period. A good example of this is do the 100m dash in full speed and then walk back the 100m then repeat
- Regular Exercise Variation: These are the variations discussed in the ebook.
It is obvious as I go through the Turbulence Training review that the purpose of Turbulence Training is designed for people with busy lifestyle. The workouts are high intensity but the workout periods are short. All you require is 30-45 minute workouts, 3 times a week for a complete workout.
As I progress in this Turbulence Training review, it is clear that the great part about this program is that it can be done at home without any gym equipment. On top of all the great workouts, it is very flexible in a sense that it is catered to your individual level of fitness.
There are different intensities that will work for a beginner all the way to the elites. The intention is to help you work towards a healthier and stronger body.
In this Turbulence Training review, what I found out that as an added incentive, the Turbulence Training Package includes 7 bonuses ranging from a nutrition manual, an hour audio mp3 and much more. As well, the program is backed by an eight week money back guarantee. You really have nothing to lose but your weight!
After doing a thorough Turbulence Training review, I have one question for you…
Are you wanting to lose the fat, get a leaner, stronger and healthier body? If your answer is YES, you owe it to yourself you give this money back guaranteed program a try.
